1. Main accessories and inspection methods of high frequency wand
(1) Material Recognition of product BOM

The internal structure of the high frequency facial device is mainly composed of a chip, a high-voltage package, and an adjustable switch. The high-voltage package and adjustable switch are important components to ensure that the high frequency machine can work normally and stably.
a. The high-voltage package
The function of the high-voltage package is to ensure that the high frequency instrument can instantly generate a high voltage of up to 24000V to 36000V after the normal voltage range of 110-240V is plugged in. This high voltage can effectively stimulate the inert gas in the glass tube to generate arcs. And in the effective range of contact with human skin, it reacts with the surrounding oxygen to generate ozone. That's why when you use a high frequency wand, there is an ionizing hum around the high frequency machine. The higher the volume, the louder the sound. Usually the demand in Asian countries is 10W-15W, and the power in European and American countries will be higher, usually controlled between 20W-25W. (3) Aging test before packaging
Most users believe that when the high frequency machine is assembled, it can be packaged and shipped directly. Although all shells and chips will pass our IQC incoming inspection before they are put into storage, they will also pass the QC electrical performance test before assembly. But it does not mean that the product assembly can be packaged and shipped directly. The most important test is the aging test.
The aging test means that after the product is assembled, directly plug in the plug, turn on the switch knob to the maximum gear, and place it in our special aging test area for uninterrupted power-on test of the product for 8-12 hours (according to the requirements of different products). Only products that meet our testing standards can be placed on the production line for packaging. This is also the most important test before the product is shipped.
